Protective Services (APS) Specialists conduct investigations and work with adults age 60 or older and adults age 18-59 with disabilities in resolving abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation situations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"top-space\">Case workers may resolve these situations by linking the client to:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"top-space\">\n<li>Services including in-home care<\/li>\n<li>Advocacy for and assistance in pursuing legal options<\/li>\n<li>Counseling services<\/li>\n<li>Training\/education on abuse, neglect, and exploitation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"top-space\">Information is maintained in strict confidentiality and reporters remain confidential.<\/p>\n<p class=\"top-space\">Contact <a href=\"\/locations\/shawnee-alliance\/\"
