We are proud to offer a student loan repayment program designed to alleviate the financial burden of higher education for both our clinical and non clinical staff. This allows our employees to focus on their careers and personal growth. By supporting our team\u2019s financial wellbeing, we enable them to deliver exceptional care and remain dedicated to our mission of serving southern Illinois. Our Student Loan Repayment Program offers 3 options for payment including monthly payments based on the employees\u2019 years of service, lump sum payment up to $10,000 per calendar year, or both.<\/p>\n<p>To be considered eligible, employees must have completed 1 or more years of continuous service with Shawnee Health and a minimum of 30 hours per week.
