Se han restablecido los servicios dentales para adultos para aquellos
\n\u00a1elegible para Medicaid de Illinois!<\/h2>\n

A partir del 1 de julio de 2014, la tarjeta Medicaid de Illinois vuelve a incluir cobertura para
\nAdultos para determinados servicios dentales. Los servicios dentales cubiertos incluyen:<\/p>\n

 <\/div>\n
    \n
  • Ex\u00e1menes bucales (limitados a la primera visita por dentista)<\/li>\n
  • Servicios restauradores = empastes (amalgamas, resinas, coronas, empastes sedantes)<\/li>\n
  • Servicios de endodoncia (para adultos, limitados \u00fanicamente a los dientes frontales faciales)<\/li>\n
  • Servicios de pr\u00f3tesis removibles (dentadura completa superior e inferior, rebases de dentaduras postizas, pr\u00f3tesis maxilofaciales)<\/li>\n
  • Servicios Orales y Maxilofaciales (extracciones, extracciones quir\u00fargicas)<\/li>\n
  • Servicios generales complementarios (anestesia general, sedaci\u00f3n intravenosa, \u00f3xido nitroso, sedaci\u00f3n consciente, inyecci\u00f3n de medicamentos terap\u00e9uticos)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Nota:<\/strong> Algunos servicios requieren aprobaci\u00f3n previa.<\/p>\n

    Adem\u00e1s de los beneficios dentales enumerados para todos los adultos elegibles, las mujeres embarazadas
    \n(antes del nacimiento de su hijo) son elegibles para los siguientes cinco programas preventivos
    \nServicios dentales:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Evaluaci\u00f3n Oral Peri\u00f3dica (ex\u00e1menes)<\/li>\n
    • Limpieza<\/li>\n
    • Raspado periodontal y alisado radicular: 4 o m\u00e1s dientes por cuadrante (limpieza profunda)<\/li>\n
    • Raspado periodontal y alisado radicular: 1 a 3 dientes por cuadrante (limpieza profunda)<\/li>\n
    • Desbridamiento de boca completa (eliminaci\u00f3n total de placa y sarro)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section><\/section><\/div><\/div>
      \n

      La cobertura para ni\u00f1os (hasta 21 a\u00f1os) tambi\u00e9n incluye servicios preventivos que incluyen:<\/p>\n

      • Profilaxis \u2013 Limpiezas (una vez cada 6 meses)<\/li>\n
      • Fluoruro t\u00f3pico (anual)<\/li>\n
      • Selladores<\/li>\n
      • Mantenimiento del
