La certificaci\u00f3n de la AFHS se basa en un modelo denominado \u201cLas cuatro M\u201d, que identifica cuatro \u00e1reas de atenci\u00f3n que son especialmente importantes para las personas a medida que envejecen. Son las siguientes:<\/p>\n
