Shawnee Health Service \u900f\u904e\u5be6\u65bd 4Ms \u6846\u67b6\uff08\u5373\u91cd\u8981\u4e8b\u9805\u3001\u85e5\u7269\u6cbb\u7642\u3001\u5fc3\u7406\u72c0\u614b\u548c\u6d3b\u52d5\u80fd\u529b\uff09\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u6539\u5584\u8001\u5e74\u4eba\u8b77\u7406\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Shawnee Health \u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u806f\u90a6\u5408\u683c\u5065\u5eb7\u4e2d\u5fc3 (FQHC)\uff0c\u81ea 1971 \u5e74\u6210\u7acb\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u63d0\u9ad8\u4f0a\u5229\u8afe\u4f0a\u5dde\u5357\u90e8\u5c45\u6c11\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u798f\u5229\u3002\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e00\u500b\u63d0\u4f9b\u5168\u9762\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u793e\u6703\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\uff0cShawnee Health \u59cb\u7d42\u512a\u5148\u70ba\u6240\u6709\u5e74\u9f61\u5c64\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u9ad8\u54c1\u8cea\u7684\u8b77\u7406\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u5e74\u9f61\u3001\u7a2e\u65cf\u3001\u5b97\u6559\u3001\u6027\u5225\u3001\u5c45\u4f4f\u5730\u6216\u652f\u4ed8\u80fd\u529b\u5982\u4f55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Shawnee Health \u81e8\u5e8a\u670d\u52d9\u9996\u5e2d\u7e3d\u76e3 Di Riley \u8868\u9054\u4e86\u5979\u5c0d\u9019\u9805\u8a8d\u53ef\u7684\u71b1\u60c5\uff0c\u5979\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u5011\u5f88\u9ad8\u8208\u88ab\u8a8d\u53ef\u70ba\u8001\u5e74\u53cb\u5584\u91ab\u7642\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u982d\u929c\u5f37\u8abf\u4e86\u6211\u5011\u5805\u5b9a\u4e0d\u79fb\u5730\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u63d0\u4f9b\u7b26\u5408\u8001\u5e74\u60a3\u8005\u50f9\u503c\u89c0\u548c\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u512a\u8cea\u8b77\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8001\u5e74\u53cb\u5584\u5065\u5eb7\u7cfb\u7d71\u5021\u8b70\u7531\u7d04\u7ff0\u00b7A\u00b7\u54c8\u7279\u798f\u5fb7\u57fa\u91d1\u6703\u548c\u91ab\u7642\u4fdd\u5065\u6539\u9032\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u8207\u7f8e\u570b\u91ab\u9662\u5354\u6703\u548c\u7f8e\u570b\u5929\u4e3b\u6559\u5065\u5eb7\u5354\u6703\u5408\u4f5c\u9818\u5c0e\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u900f\u904e\u63a8\u5ee3\u8b49\u64da\u4f86\u6539\u5584\u8001\u5e74\u4eba\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u4fdd\u5065\u57fa\u65bc\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u6709\u6548\u4e14\u91dd\u5c0d\u5c0d\u4ed6\u5011\u53ca\u5176\u5bb6\u4eba\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u91cf\u8eab\u5b9a\u5236\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>IHI \u7e3d\u88c1\u517c\u57f7\u884c\u9577\u3001\u91ab\u5b78\u535a\u58eb Kedar Mate \u8b9a\u63da Shawnee Health \u5728\u9019\u9805\u5feb\u901f\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u904b\u52d5\u4e2d\u767c\u63ee\u7684\u9818\u5c0e\u4f5c\u7528\u3002 \u201c\u6211\u5011\u8b9a\u63da Shawnee Health \u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u5be6\u65bd 4Ms \u6846\u67b6\uff0c\u4e26\u70ba\u6539\u5584\u793e\u5340\u8001\u5e74\u4eba\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u91ab\u7642\u4fdd\u5065\u505a\u51fa\u4e86\u91cd\u5927\u8ca2\u737b\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u4f5c\u70ba\u8001\u5e74\u5065\u5eb7\u7cfb\u7d71\u5021\u8b70\u7684\u53c3\u8207\u8005\uff0cShawnee
